Hello, my name is Brittany and I'm so excited to share this new season in my life with you. I'm a wife and mother of three. I love spending time with my family and I'm passionate about music, singing/songwriting, organizations, Celiac, and Type 1 Diabetes. My oldest daughter was diagnosed with type 1 and celiac when she was just 5 years old. Until this happened I was completely unaware kids could have diabetes. I had no idea what celiac was muchness gluten. It was hard at first and it did get easier even though I didn't believe people when they would tell me this. what helped my daughter out most was finding videos of other kids going through the same things she was. The more she knew and saw the more comfortable she became with change. I would not consider myself to be a baker by any stretch of the imagination, however with her gluten-free diet and my love for her I've learned a few tips and trick that I am more than happy to share with you!
